Welcome to Lilipad Yoga

Curious about yoga and want to learn more?  I’ve created Lilipad Yoga as a resource for yoga newcomers. On this site you’ll learn about yoga practices – poses, breathing and meditation – aimed for a beginning level.  Along the way, readers will learn to fine-tune their body awareness and physical condition, to apply healthful attitudes to their yoga practice and everyday life, and to increase their capacity to extend goodwill toward themselves and to others.

While all yoga newcomers are welcome, this blog also specifically supports students in the Intro to Yoga and Yoga for Beginners classes I teach at Common Ground Healing Arts in Charlottesville, VA.
